Shipping, exchanges and returns

Orders ship from Durango, Colorado within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays).

We ship with USPS Ground Advantage, with tracking. You'll receive tracking details by email once your collar ships. Delivery times are estimated by USPS and can vary.

United States addresses only, for now.

While checkout runs through our Etsy shop, your order confirmation, tracking and messages come through Etsy, and Etsy's purchase policies also apply.

If the size isn't right, you can exchange an unworn collar (no wear, no scent, original condition) for a different size within 30 days of delivery.

Contact us through the contact form with your order details. We'll reply with return instructions, and ship the new size once the original is on its way back.

If you'd rather return an unworn collar for a refund, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll work it out with you. Refunds go back to the original payment method once the collar arrives.

If your collar arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, message us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right.

If tracking hasn't updated in several days, message us and we'll help you sort it out with USPS.
